Reagan Elementary School
Reagan Elementary School was the prototype for three new elementary schools designed by O’Connell Robertson for the Leander ISD.
“The new design of our elementary schools has exceeded our expectations. They are buildings designed for collaboration,” says Dr. Bret Champion, superintendent of Leander ISD.
When the Leander ISD needed to build new elementary schools, it turned to O’Connell Robertson to design a prototype that would support the district’s vision. With Reagan Elementary School, O’Connell Robertson designed a student-focused learning environment that fosters a sense of community within the 800-student school. The design of the school supports hands-on learning, small learning communities, fingertip access to technology, flexible spaces and sustainable design features.
